With the Easter long weekend on its way, we've whipped up a little Easter entrée to help you ease into a weekend of chocolate and general overindulgence. These little balls of bliss are healthy, delicious and super easy to make.

Pecan & Banoffee Protein Bliss balls

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbs Coconut oil
- 2 Tbs Almond butter
- 1 ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- ¼ Cup ground almonds
- 2 Scoops Jeuneora Banoffee Whey protein
- 1 Cup of Pecans (or nut of choice)
- 1 Cup of Shredded coconut (¾ for mixture, ¼ for sprinkle)
- 1tsp Honey, maple syrup or sweetener to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Finely dice the nuts
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, stirring until thick & sticky
- Mold mixture into bite-sized balls
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut onto a chopping board and roll each bliss ball through the coconut until covered.
Place bliss balls on a plate and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
Store them in the fridge to make them last!

Peanut Butter Vanilla Protein Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs Peanut butter
- 3 Tbs Coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp Vanilla essence
- ½ Cup of mixed nuts
- ½ Cup rolled oats
- 2 Scoops Jeuneora Vanilla Whey Protein
- ¼ Cup Ground almond
- 1 Cup of shredded coconut (¾ for mixture, ¼ for sprinkle)
- 1tsp Honey, maple syrup or sweetener to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Finely dice the nuts
