This nourishing soup is the warming equivalent to your favourite power smoothie! Packed with all the good stuff - including a scoop of our Naked Collagen - this little bowl of health is the perfect introduction to the cooler autumnal weather.


Our Naked Collagen is heat stable and unflavoured, making it the ideal Marine Collage to add to hot soups and baking.





3 handfuls (about 3 cups) organic baby spinach
1 clove peeled garlic
2 Tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1 cup chicken broth - we like to use The Little Bone Broth Company (or you can use vegetable stock)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice



1 scoop of Jeuneora Naked Collagen

Salt & pepper to taste


Serving suggestion

¼ head of steamed or roasted broccoli

A sprinkle of chia & pumpkin seeds



Put the soup ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Heat for 5 minutes on the stove, or until soup reaches your desired temperature.


When ready to serve, add a scoop of Jeuneora Naked Collagen and stir until powder dissolves.Add salt & pepper to taste and garnish with seasonal greens, and your favourite seeds.
