Naughty or nice mocktails

Sparkling Berry Summer Mocktail with Renew+ Mixed Berry

Serves 4

Ingredients

1-2 cups mixed frozen berries

1/4 cup of caster sugar

2 scoops of Jeuneora Renew+ Mixed Berry

1/2 cup of water

2 limes juiced + zest of one

Ice

Soda water to taste

Fresh berries, edible flowers and rosemary sprigs to garnish

Method

1. In a large jug add your frozen mixed berries and sugar.

2. In a separate cup or shaker, mix Jeuneora Renew+ Mixed Berry flavour with water to dissolve.

3. Add to jug with the berries and sugar, along with the juice of two limes and zest of one. Stir to combine.

4. Add in your ice, filling about half of the jug.

5. Top up with soda water and add fresh berries, edible flowers and rosemary sprigs to garnish.

Tip: To make this sparkling mocktail a little bit naughty, add 150 ml of gin (of your choice) for your very own pretty pink cocktail.

Pineapple and Passionfruit Mocktail with Jeuneora Renew+ Pineapple

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

1 pineapple peeled, cored and chopped into chunks (or use 1 can of pineapple chunks)

50ml pineapple juice (if using canned pineapple, use the juice from the can)

1 fresh mango chopped into chunks

1/2 cup of passion fruit pulp

2 scoops of Jeuneora Renew+ Pineapple

1/2 cup of water

1 lime juiced

Ice

Soda water to taste

Lime slices and fresh mint to serve

Method

1. In a large jug combine pineapple, pineapple juice, mango and passionfruit pulp.

2. In a separate cup or shaker, mix Jeuneora Renew+ Pineapple flavour with water to dissolve.

3. Add it to the jug with the fruit mix, along with the juice of one lime. Stir to combine.

4. Add in your ice, filling about half of the jug.

5. Top up with soda water and add lime slices and fresh mint to garnish. Enjoy!

Tip: To make this refreshing mocktail a little bit naughty, add 150 ml of Bacardi or a light rum of your choice. The perfect punch for summer!
