Beauty Brain: Mix one scoop with hot or cold water for a refreshing treat. It’s great on its own or you can mix it together with your Naked Collagen. It can also be mixed into smoothies, juices, yoghurt, porridge or muesli. You can enjoy up to two servings a day.
Naked Collagen: Mix one level teaspoon (5g) into anything really! It’s great in coffee, tea, soup, smoothies, juices etc. You can use it in hot or cold beverages and food too - try adding it to your baking or snacks. You can enjoy up to three servings a day.
When: Naked Collagen can be taken any time of day. Beauty Brain is best enjoyed in the morning or mid-afternoon. We don’t recommend taking Beauty Brain in the evening due to its nootropic ingredients that help you feel more alert. Remember, as with any supplement, consistency is key - so take this awesome duo daily!
